My name is Miho Nakamura, and I’m originally from Nagano.
I first became interested in becoming a therapist after sustaining an injury while skiing.
Spending much of my life working in the mountains, by rivers, and on farms I became aware of the physical toll these activities can take — not just on myself, but on the people around me.
That realization sparked a desire to help others ease their daily fatigue and support them in living and performing at their best.
Even now, while I continue to work in active, outdoor environments, I am passionate about caring for those around me.
My goal as a therapist is to listen carefully to each client’s needs and provide treatments that truly address their individual concerns.
I specialize in relieving tension in the legs — an area I know personally can carry a lot of fatigue.
If you’re feeling worn out from sports like skiing or golf, I would love to help you recharge and feel your best again.
