Why I became a Therapist
Through my exploration of yoga and Ayurveda and regulating mind and body, I started asking myself how it would be possible for more and more people to be healthier.
I came to the realization that I wanted to heal those who are fatigued. Especially after pregnancy and childbirth, I began to feel the fatigue of being a parent myself and realized the importance of the power of healing.
Message to Clients
You need a healthy body for a healthy mind. I listen attentively to each person, and if necessary, I may suggest lifestyle and diet changes, as well as stretching exercises that you can continue to do at home.
Many people who have difficulty sleeping or are stressed often leave feeling relaxed and soothed by the warmth of my hands. I hope to assist you on your journey of realization and healing.

My specialty is giving Reiki (healing energy) to where it is needed through acupressure points to improve blood circulation and lymph drainage encouraging myofascial release throughout the body.
